Terms of Service

CluePanda is a web tool for building personalized, printable scavenger hunt kits for children's parties. You tell us a child's name, age, theme and play area, edit the result in the builder, and print or save the kit as a PDF.

By creating an account or using the builder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You need an account to save hunts. You must be at least 18 years old to create one, and you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

You can delete your account at any time from within the product or by emailing us, which removes your saved hunts.

A kit is a one-time purchase for one child's hunt. The price is shown before you pay. Once purchased you may print as many copies of that kit as your party needs.

If you are not happy with a kit, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. We may decline refunds for repeated requests that suggest misuse.

Kits are for personal, non-commercial use: your family's parties, school or community events you run without charging for the hunt itself. You may not resell kits, offer them for download, or use the illustrations, riddles or panda character in other products or services.

The text you write into a kit, such as custom clues and party details, remains yours.

The CluePanda name, the panda character, illustrations, page designs, riddles and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Apart from the personal-use license above, no rights are granted.

Hunts are meant to be set up and supervised by an adult. You are responsible for choosing hiding spots that are safe and reachable for the children playing, and for supervising the game. We are not responsible for injuries or damage that occur while playing.

Do not use CluePanda to create material that is unlawful, harmful to children, hateful or defamatory, do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not scrape or copy content at scale. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We work to keep CluePanda available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant we will let account holders know by email or in the product. Continuing to use CluePanda after a change means you accept the new terms.
